Smart Energy Byron Bay

The Smart Energy Byron’s growing team needed additional space to accommodate their operations and senior management. Well Grounded collaborated with Whitewood Agencies to transform a run-down, mould-affected industrial concrete shell into a functional and inviting workplace.

The design focused on bringing natural light deep into the space while creating a range of dedicated environments for staff and management. The completed fitout includes separate meeting rooms, private offices, open-plan workspaces, acoustic phone booths, a large communal kitchen, bathrooms and breakout areas.

The result is a considered, practical workplace that provides The Smart Energy Byron with the space and flexibility to support its continued growth.
