Park House
about
Park House unfolds across six levels, from basement to loft, creating a series of layered and connected living spaces.
Exposed circular steel columns and matching balustrades reference the original design by renowned Australian architect John Mitchell, while double-height glazing brings in light and frames views to the surrounding parklands.
At the heart of the home, a full-height glazed curtain wall links the kitchen and living areas to the loft above, giving both spaces a real sense of openness without losing connection between levels.
A palette of muted tones and natural materials — including sandstone floor tiles and American oak veneer — softens the exposed structure, balancing the more industrial elements with a warm, liveable feel.
The result is a home that feels considered and robust, but ultimately comfortable and easy to live in.
