The major renovation of a family home directly on Broken Head Beach in Suffolk Park. Delivering a timber clad extension accomodating an expanding family, a new pool, landscaping and updating the interiors throughout the entire house.
Well Grounded built an extension and undertook general renovation of our house.
From the very beginning we found Guy, the managing director, to be very professional and totally client focused. He is a rare breed of builder who looks for aways of doing things in a less expensive manner.
Guy’s team are all very focused on great care and quality workmanship. The work site was always clean and well organised. Guy and the team think of things in advance and the job was never held up due to supply difficulties.
The quality of the build was first class, and the after-job attention has been great.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Well Grounded as a builder.
